Tanzeem is striving hard to develop a writing culture among Aazra people for this purpose different monthly magazines  publish from time to time. Two of them are in Urdu language one in Aazragi and one in Dari language to facilitate writers to write in any language it can. These magazines are published on every 15th and 1st of the month. The Hazargi Academy was setup to fulfill a perceived need for academic umbrella organization which could strengthen the contribution of the Tanzeem-e-Nasle Nau Hazara Mughal toward a broader goal of the Hazara's national and identical recognition. The publication of different books by Tanzeem-e-Nasle Nau is an example of this effort.

Oath Taking Ceremony of Hazaragi Academy
First Oath taking ceremony of Hazargi Academy was taken by Ustad Mohammad Mohqiq during his visit to Quetta on 4th June 2007.
