QUETTA: On Thursday 1^st October, 2009, a renowned Hazara lawyer Walayat Hussain was gunned down at Kasi Road while going to his way home from his office. Unknown persons riding on motorbike opened fire to him. His dead body was taken to civil hospital, and today on Friday 2^nd October, 2009 his dead body brings to Nichari Imam Bara. A large number of peoples are seen.

The dead body of the martyr Shaheed Walayat Hussain Advocate is buried today 2^nd October 2009 just few minutes before i.e. about 5:00 pm at Hazara Qabristan.

Tanzeem Nasle Nau Hazara Mughal has strongly condemned the target killing of innocent Advocate Walayat Hussain and demands from the Provincial and Federal Govt. to make sure the safety of the citizens and arrest the killers and to deal them with iron hand.
